We are offering coach transfer service to and from the Rome-Fiumicino (FCO) airport. The cost will be approximately €40/person each way and must be purchased for each person in your group who will be occupying a seat. The final price will depend on the amount of people who use these transfers.
There will be airport transfers from Rome (FCO) to Cortona on Sunday, Oct. 5th, and Monday, Oct. 6th. If you are interested in using these shuttles, please choose a flight that arrives before 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, or before 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
The departure date is Wednesday, Oct. 15th. The first coach will depart Cortona no earlier than 3:30 a.m., so please choose a flight that departs Rome (FCO) no earlier than 9:00 a.m.

Passengers must meet the coach at the airport bus station, which is located outside of Terminal 3 as indicated on the map. If you are exiting Terminal 3 by baggage claim, go outside, turn right, and follow the signs that say "Bus." Walk approximately 500 feet to the airport bus station.

The name of the coach company is Casucci. The coach should look similar to the one shown at the top of this web page with the Casucci logo on it.
Unless otherwise communicated, coaches will drop everyone off at the Piazzale del Mercato. Note that this is at the lowest end of the city. Everything inside the city walls is uphill from this location, so if you need assistance with your luggage be sure to contact your property manager in advance.
This is also where all of our excursions will pick up and drop off.
Each hotel and rental property handles luggage a bit differently. Many of the vacation rental owners will meet you at one of the city gates to help you with your luggage. Some hotels have a shuttle service that can meet you at one of the parking lots and assist you with your luggage. Some even have special access granted through the police department that allows guests to drive to the hotel to drop off luggage. We recommend contacting your hotel or rental owner to see how they'd recommend handling it.
